Ingredients :
Poongar rice, Sprouted ragi, Sprouted bajra, Red jowar, Black urad dal, Kodo millet, Corn, Groundnut, Cashew, Badam, Pumpkin seeds, Chia seeds, Cardamom and Dry ginger.
How to use :
Add two tbsp of health mix in 1 cup of water and mix it without lumps.
Heat the mixture in low flame for 10 mins and stir it continuously. (Add water if needed)
Now add milk and sweetener as required and then off the flame.
